This is the first version of a custom map that contains a variety of functional areas which can be used to either make a competitive or non-competitive map. An example of this would be an area for Point B, a place for Point A, an area for the central capture area, an area for the crucible, and an area for the capture the point objective. Each area can be customized for the maps own style. Certain areas will require three layers of clothing, others can be played almost naked, with certain areas, like the central capture area, being banned without any form of clothing at all. Non-competitive maps can be created out of the crucible area, where it's possible to create a jungle, a valley to act as a water supply, or a time limited (and possibly non-linear) storyline for competitive. [5] The crucible area also provides a portion of the arena to create this storyline as well, but not all of it. [5]

While not directly the same, if one were to combine the functionality of a battle royale mode and the capture the point mode, a new game mode could be created that allowed players to choose a point, defend it, and gradually send out suicide attackers into the map until one point was remaining.
