The Guild 2: Pirates Of The European Seas ##VERIFIED##

While pirate crews and mercenaries have been invading the kingdoms of Velia for 6 years, a well-known pirate captain is said to be hiding in the vast seas of the Margoria sea. This information is being requested in a village by a noted adventurer. Only a small gang of 7 adventurous mercenaries are willing to take the voyage aboard The Falcon. They are looking to claim as much fame as they can, and the gold to be gained from the venture. After five weeks of sailing, the pirates have reached the Oquillas Eye islands. A crewmember later found a secret passage on one of the islands. Someone unknown to the other pirates has also claimed a treasure on the island. Captain Cargle claims to have found a way to get to the island. I guess that is a secret, as Cargle has never told anyone where his secret cavern is located. In front of a crowd, Cargle led the 7 mercenaries and 2 civilians to his secret cavern, and told them of the path to his mountain fort. Cargle claimed that the mountain fort is protected by a powerful demon. A shaman has been using a portal on one of the islands to reach the fort. Cargle led the party to the mountain fort, where the party defeated the demon and an adventurer called Jero was killed. Added the ability to exchange Guild Skills on the vendor when purchasing one (for example, from the [Golden Rooster] Black Desert to exchange one for the [Golden Rooster] and repurchase the [Golden Rooster] from the [Golden Rooster] Black Desert to exchange one for the [Golden Rooster] and then repurchase it again). Changed the vendor feature to apply to guild skills and the new [Rabbits' Footprint]. Changed the settings in the [Guild Shop] and [Rabbits' Footprint] to reduce the lag experienced in moving to and from the Game Lobby. 6a6f617c0c

Hello, everyone! Unfortunately the person who created this guild has not logged into Habitica for more than six months and the lack of an active leader has come to the attention of the Pirates of Habitica. In case you have not heard of us, I'd better explain that the pirates of Pirate Cove not only help to keep the guild list tidy by removing abandoned guilds, but also try to rescue guilds that are in difficulty and help them to flourish, or in this case assist with a leadership change. So... If any of the established members are interested in being leader of the guild, the Admins can arrange for the leadership to be transferred to someone with the time and energy to promote the guild and run interesting challenges. If you think you can take on this guild, speak now! Post your plans here in the guild and if Habitica Admins think you've got what it takes to be guild leader, the guild is yours! The guild creator's gems will be returned to them, just in case they ever start using Habitica again. Please note guild leadership is not first come first serve, so even if someone else has put down their name, feel free to speak up too as all names will be considered.

@Ryfy 3 Dec 2016Hello pirates! While looking through my way-too-long list of guilds, I saw that @cTheDragons hailed the Fitocracy guild some time ago, which now has been the newest message in chat for months. (Edit 4 months) Does anyone know anything about that?

Message from Alys in Pirate Cove 2016-03-13:Regarding Bad Habits: There were suggestions in it from pirates from several weeks ago that the guild would be deleted if a new leader wasn't found. However since then we decided to do deletions only very rarely (e.g., only if there's hardly any messages at all since the guild was created). I don't think Bad Habits is suitable for that; at worst it would be privatised. So I've posted new messages to the guild explaining that we are no longer considering deleting the guild but that we can still help them choose a new leader IF they want that.I felt that some of the messages we'd posted might have come across as a bit too aggressive and demanding, so I've deleted as many of them as I could to improve the tone of the chat area. I kept only the ones that were necessary to give context to the replies from the original guild members. I took screenshots though so that everyone can refer back to the messages - see the links in my message there.I am NOT proposing privatisation to that guild at the moment, and I won't for several weeks at least. I want to let things settle down and see if a new leader appears. If there's still very little recent chat and no sign of the guild becoming more active in a couple of months, then I might consider privatisation.

@cTheDragons 12 July 2016Ahoy my fellow pirates! I have come asking advice for the Computer Companions guild. For more than 18 days I asked for willing volunteers for a new guild leader but have had no response. There has been a few posts since then, but I fear the guild is becoming direction-less without a firm captain to guide the winds. Any suggestions? -@Riverstone 12 July 2016@cTheDragons That's an odd one. It's pretty clear from the amount of Hi! posts that there's a lots of interest, but it doesn't seem to get off the ground for very long at a time. @cTheDragons 12 July 2016@Riverstone It like the subject too broad and that why it doesn't go anywhere. @Alys 12 July 2016@cTheDragons : I say just leave that guild as it is. They don't have to have an active leader. If you wanted to, you could post a message saying that if any of the established members want to take on guild leadership in future (assuming the current leader doesn't come back) then they can contact us. Established member means someone who has been posting in the guild for at least several weeks, ideally longer. It's probably also worth putting a note about the new leader being an established member in the initial message that we post to guilds with inactive leaders.

@cTheDragons 6 Feb 2017During the time of bearded men who do not sail ships but fly and when ritual of giving of treasures away occurs, (So un-piratey!) Admiral Dewines asked me to check in on Grad School Recovery. Only 5 posts have occurred in the guild since my original hail on the 16 August 2016. 1 Hi, 3 messages regarding old guild that was deleted and 1 for a party. Not sure it worth hailing. Thinking it should be added to the Last Rites list. Admiral and fellow pirates your thoughts? 041b061a72
