You didn't get both files. I believe the other one is 6GB. Try a different download method to the one you used and see if you get them both. If you do the Download Manager you will. If you do the HTML download you may miss one.

Ok, thanks, that's good to see. I, in fact, had the issue and just changed my download method and downloaded again. That solved it. So, I see that it's more than just a user error thing. I appreciate the link.

Hello, the download includes two files, the first of 2 Gb, the second of 1.9 Gb. The second file is often hidden by Microsoft Edge for security. By overriding this security the second file appears and it can be downloaded

WOW! I'm not even going to get into how stupid that is! I swear Autodesk is getting as bad as Adobe with this stuff. HOWEVER, they make good software so I won't complain any further. After you follow the above link you have to use their virtual assistant (AVA) and if you pick JUST the right options you come to what is n the screenshot. If it doesn't list the software you may have to download it first for your account manager to pick up on it. Hope this helps!

One other thing to try -- make sure that a browser pop-up blocker is not preventing you from downloading the additional files. (I find that Firefox does this quite a bit when I download multiple files from my Autodesk Account.)

Some file formats cannot be directly imported into Unreal Engine using Datasmith, and instead the data must be converted into a file format that Datasmith understands. The plugins available for download on this page will enable your software to export the .udatasmith file format, which can then be imported into Unreal Engine using Datasmith. Many of these plugins are also compatible with Twinmotion.Download the available installer file that matches the Unreal Engine or Twinmotion version you are using, exit your content creation software, and run the installer file to install the exporter plugin. If you are installing these plugins on a computer that will not also have Unreal Engine installed, then you may first need to install some prerequisite dependencies for either 64-bit or 32-bit systems.

Thousands of free 3D models available for download.Files available in all major formats - max, fbx, obj, c4d, maya.Unrivaled selection of premium 3D models also available for purchase, prices starting under $5.
